The sauce was excellent, the tortellini well stuffed and balanced, some of them opened up within a minute of adding to the boiling water.

I liked it all. Quality was good but found it a bit overpriced for the quantity given. Spinach ricotta pasta tore up although I timed it to just 3-4 mins of boiling
