2. Membership Membership to Ravioli’s is available to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria and agree to these Terms. Memberships are subject to acceptance by Ravioli’s Pvt Ltd and may not be transferred or resold. Membership fees and benefits are subject to change, which will be communicated through our website and email notifications.

3. Ordering Online When ordering online, please ensure the accuracy of your order and personal details provided, such as address and contact information. We will strive to deliver your order promptly, but delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and operational conditions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement without charge. Beyond this time frame, cancellations may not be accepted. Memberships can be cancelled at any time; however, the refund of membership fees will be prorated based on the usage prior to cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the property of Ravioli’s Pvt Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission from Ravioli’s Pvt Ltd.
